Somehow, I come up with various creative ideas when I have tons of serious work to do. So last week I was wandering in a shopping centre and I saw something like this in New Yorker:
Of course I thought "What a nice t-shirt" since I like laces and stuff. But it cost I think about 10€ and I wasn't going to waste 10€ on a T-shirt. So I just looked for some sales and cheaper clothes. Then I saw a plain white T-shirt for about 1€, the size was XL (wheras my T-shirt size is S/M):
But I thought "what the heck, that will do" and I bought this T-shirt:)
When I went back home I started to search for some stuff and that's what I came up with:
So I simply cut a heart shape out of this pink lace and sewed it down to the white T-shirt. I made a ribbon and added a shiny button to it and voilà, cheap and hand-made:
Actually, it's a close-fitting T-shirt, so even the XL size fits me quite well, however I had to add a band on the back, so the shoulder wouldn't fall of:
So here you have - a nice and cheap T-shirt. It may not look so cool as the T-shirt in the first picture, but mine is hand-made and that's what makes it so special!
